Tables and bookings
- Draw your floor plan once and see every table at a glance: free, seated, food sent or paid. Seat a party and Ember shows which tables fit them.
- Take bookings with a name, how many, the time and a table, and see them on the day's timeline.
The kitchen
- Every order arrives on the kitchen screen with a timer that turns red when it waits too long. Cooks tap an item to see how to make it, and mark it done with one tap so the counter knows.
- You can also print paper tickets on a thermal printer.
Discounts and receipts done properly
- Senior citizen and PWD discounts take 20% off and save the ID number and name with the sale. You decide which staff may give discounts, and every one is in the activity log.
- Receipts show your registered business name, address and TIN.
Stock, staff and profit
- Recipes take ingredients out of stock as dishes sell. Deliveries are counted in, waste is logged, and the Shopping List says what to buy.
- Staff clock in on the app; payroll adds up the hours and overtime and fills SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and tax from the government tables.
Questions
Can customers order from their table with a QR code?
Yes. Customers scan the QR on the table, order on their own phone, and the order comes to you to approve before it goes to the kitchen.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own staff, stock and subscription, and the Back Office shows all branches together.
Is it BIR-accredited?
Ember POS is not a BIR-accredited cash register or POS. Many small shops use it to run the shop and keep their BIR-registered receipt booklet; ask your accountant what your registration needs.
