Delete your EmberPOS account & data

You can permanently delete your EmberPOS account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:

Option 1 — Inside the app (instant)

  1. Sign in to EmberPOS as the shop owner.
  2. Go to Settings → Data → Danger zone.
  3. Tap "Delete shop & account".
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.

Option 2 — By email

Email atlasco.web@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and complete the deletion, typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your shop is permanently erased: your sales and payment history, menu, ingredients and inventory, customers, expenses and quotations, staff records and schedules, reports, and your sign-in account. This action cannot be undone and the data is not retained, except where a short-lived routine backup may persist briefly before rotating out, or where law requires us to keep specific records for a limited period.
